Demers Beaulne, a well-known accounting and consulting firm, benefited from a major transformation of its workspaces thanks to Conceptum International's innovative vision. This project, awarded at the Grands Prix du Design - 17ᵉ edition, received Bronze certification for its common spaces and Gold certification in the 5,400 to 54,000 square foot office category, highlighting its excellence in interior design. The new offices perfectly embody Demers Beaulne's values of professionalism, collaboration and innovation. The meticulously designed common spaces combine noble materials with modern accents. Plant dividers and natural wood elements add organic warmth and create a soothing environment conducive to employee well-being.

At the heart of the layout, the kitchen stands out for its curved countertop in a deep-brown metallic finish, which captures attention with its elegance and modernity. Black stools adorned with gold accents add a touch of minimalist sophistication, while black metal shelves decorated with plants instill a warm, lively atmosphere. A soft gray ceramic tile wall completes the ensemble with a refined, timeless texture. Subtly integrated lighting enhances these details, creating a convivial, functional ambience.

The workspaces combine open-plan areas and closed meeting rooms, encouraging collaboration while respecting individual needs. The choice of ergonomic, designer furniture, exposed ceilings and sober colors reinforce the harmony between modernity and elegance.
