Eurovia Québec, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, has established itself as a key player in the construction of transport infrastructure and urban development. To support their transformation towards a more modern, user-friendly work environment, Issa Studio designed a 15,000 sq. ft. space focused on flexibility, collaboration and aesthetics.

The new offices combine quality materials, clean lines and a soothing color palette, creating an inspiring and professional atmosphere. The main entrance stands out for its minimalist design, featuring elegant furniture and plant elements that infuse a touch of nature. Bright, open-plan workspaces encourage interaction, while glazed meeting rooms provide areas for concentration while maximizing natural light.

The heart of the project lies in the design of a welcoming, functional communal space, featuring a large, modern kitchen with light wood elements and blue accents reminiscent of the company's visual identity. Suspended lighting and comfortable seating enhance the feeling of conviviality, in perfect harmony with the customer's expectations. This exemplary project, carried out in collaboration with A+ Construction and Oburo for furniture distribution, represents a successful transformation for Eurovia Québec, fully meeting their current needs while anticipating their future development.
