Station Fintech Montréal, an innovative 25,000 sq. ft. coworking space in Place Ville Marie, is dedicated to start-ups specializing in financial technologies. Following an ideas competition initiated by Finance Montréal and Ivanhoe Cambridge, the project was entrusted to VAD Designers d'espaces, who designed a modern, high-tech environment conducive to collaboration and innovation, while emphasizing the well-being of occupants.

With 144 workstations, private offices, multi-purpose meeting rooms, a large cafeteria and relaxation areas, the design incorporates noble materials, natural textures and an abundance of light to create a warm, stimulating atmosphere. Designed to meet the principles of WELL certification, the space emphasizes comfort, sustainability and connectivity in a setting conducive to business growth.

The furniture, supplied by Groupe Focus, reinforces the ergonomic and functional character of the spaces, while harmonizing perfectly with the visual identity and objectives of the project. The Fintech Station illustrates a successful synergy between innovative design, functionality and a futuristic vision to support the development of FinTech start-ups.
